Charice Pempengco is from the Philippines, NOT Korea.
But yeah there are A TON of ASIAN DIVA singers. They just have a Hard time breaking into the International Music Scene because of stereotypes and because of lack of attention.

Charice is amazing.... apparently she was a semi-finalist in a children talent time in Philippines and was invited to perform in the Korean talkshow...
huh? she's only semi-finalists?! then the finalists must be spectacular then!
Ya... exactly. Can't imagine what the winner can do....
Holy shit....That voice of her is really amazing....yet she only 14++ i believe she gonna be the next raising star for sure...
