This is not really a music review, but just wanna share this incredible track by Hercules & Love Affair featuring the glorious vocals of Antony Hegarty of Antony & the Johnsons. Considering how some dance tunes these days can be cold & repetitive, 'Blind' is intoxicating with vocals that's incredibly moving and haunting over this dirty hypnotic basslines that reminds me of something Giorgio Moroder would have put out during the disco era (think Donna Summer's 'I Feel Love'), but this is dirtier and sleazier! This is disco heaven, music that will do some good to your soul as well as shake that ass of yours! Strange video though, but totally homo erotic! Enjoy!
This grows on me! Certainly not an instant hit with me. A bit jarring with the arrangement of saxs with electronica. The video is FABULOUS thou! Thanks to gary 4 posting this. Love 'You Belong' better. Such hypnotic beats and chords, was a 3/5 star 4 me!
